Location: Gulliver, Townsville QLD Timeframe: 16 weeks

Our client brief on this project was to create more space for their lived in, loved Queenslander. So we lifted the original home built in added space underneath to suit the style of the home without hindering the character. We built an additional living space, three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry and then to finish it off, a custom-built internal staircase to ensure the two areas worked seamlessly together.

The bathroom had floor to ceiling tiles and all bedrooms had custom made robes with a custom walk-in robe for the master, and because a girl can never have too many shoes, it came complete with multiple shelves to house them them. With VJ Panelling through out the whole downstairs area, a large living space that you stay in for hours (hello Netflix binging) and a functional laundry, this reno was complete and ready for our client to start enjoying their added spaces.
